You are here:  Home>  My Interests>  Jr. ROTC Program>

Now that I am older and in high school I have chosen to become involved with the Jr. ROTC program at my school. I am very enthusiastic about the program and how it will help me realize my goal of becoming a military officer one day. The program is very positive and helps young men to develop the important leadership skills which are required in the military.

Here you will see me in my fatigues and uniform, also photos of the regional award “Superior Cadet” I have received which is given to only one Jr. ROTC member in the Stockton, CA region. I have also been selected to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on National Security (NYLF/NS): Exploring American Diplomacy, Intelligence and Defense to be held in Washington, D.C. this fall. I am very proud of this achievement and honored to be selected.
